Escrow Release Time definition

Escrow Release Time means 10:00 a.m. (Vancouver time) on the Escrow Release Date;

Escrow Release Time means the first Business Day after the expiration of the Survival Date.

Escrow Release Time has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2.6.

Examples of Escrow Release Time in a sentence

• The Underlying Securities shall be deemed to be issued at the Escrow Release Time notwithstanding that a certificate evidencing such Underlying Securities has not been issued.

• After the Escrow Release Time, this Certificate and all rights hereunder, other than the right to receive the Common Shares and the Warrants, will be void and of no further value or effect.

• After the Escrow Release Time, this Certificate and all rights hereunder, other than the right to receive the Flow Through Share, will be void and of no further value or effect.

• All representations and warranties herein shall survive the payment by the Agents for the Subscription Receipts, the termination of this Agreement and the distribution of the Subscription Receipts pursuant to the Prospectus and shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Agents for a period of two years following the Escrow Release Time.

• The Corporation will record (or cause to be recorded) the name and address of each Person to whom Underlying Securities are issued, the number of such securities so issued at the Escrow Release Time.

More Definitions of Escrow Release Time

Escrow Release Time means 10:00 a.m. (Vancouver time) on the Escrow Release Date; (mm) "Escrowed Funds" has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof;
