Escrow Release definition

Escrow Release has the meaning set forth in the Escrow Agreement.

Escrow Release has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(c)(ii).

Escrow Release as used herein shall refer to a disbursement of funds and/or a reduction of a Letter of Credit as applicable.

Examples of Escrow Release in a sentence

• The Corporation further acknowledges and confirms that it has no interest in the Escrowed Funds unless and until the Escrow Release Notice is delivered to the Subscription Receipt Agent (at or before the Escrow Release Deadline).

• The Corporation will provide written notification to the Subscription Receipt Agent of the satisfaction of the Escrow Release Conditions (by way of the Escrow Release Notice) or the Termination Date (by way of the Termination Notice), as the case may be.

More Definitions of Escrow Release

Escrow Release means the release of all of the Escrowed Property from the Escrow Account and of the Trustee’s Lien thereon and security interest therein pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of the Escrow Agreement.

Escrow Release means the release of the Escrowed Property by the Escrow Agent as directed by the Escrow Issuer pursuant to a Release Request.
