Escrow Fund definition

Escrow Fund means the escrow fund established pursuant to the Escrow Agreement.

Escrow Fund means the Escrow Amount held by the Escrow Agent in accordance with this Agreement and the Escrow Agreement.

Escrow Fund has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 7.2(a).

Examples of Escrow Fund in a sentence

• The interest accruing on the Escrow Fund and any profit realized from such Permitted Investments shall be credited to the Escrow Fund and any loss from such Permitted Investment shall be charged to the Escrow Fund.

• The Issuer hereby directs, and the State Treasurer hereby covenants and agrees, that all Issuer Sales Tax Revenues collected by the Department and credited to the appropriate funds established by the State Treasurer pursuant to Section 2.01 shall be remitted by the State Treasurer to the Escrow Agent for deposit in the Escrow Fund monthly by not later than the last Business Day of each calendar month directly to the Escrow Agent for deposit in the Escrow Fund.

• For each month other than May and November, the Escrow Agent shall provide a monthly report to the Issuer not later than the last day of each month stating the amount of the Issuer Sales Tax Revenues remitted to the Escrow Agent by the State Treasurer during the immediately preceding month and deposited to the Escrow Fund pursuant to Section 3.02 and regarding the State Sales Tax Revenues on deposit in the City Bond Finance Fund pursuant to Section 2.03.

• Moneys in the Escrow Fund shall be held in trust by the Escrow Agent for the benefit of Bondowners (except as provided in Section 4.02 hereof) and applied solely in accordance with the provisions of this Tax Distribution Agreement.
