Escrow Account Bank means Swedbank AB (publ).

• After Client has completed all required steps to enroll in the Service and establish an Escrow Account, Bank will provide training for Client on use of the Service.At the time of opening a Master Account or Sub-Account, Client will designate the type of Escrow Account.

• The Escrow Account Bank shall operate the Escrow Accounts in accordance with the terms of the Funding & Utilization Agreement and/or the GoS Debt Repayment Support Agreement (as the case may be).
