Erroneous Payments definition

Erroneous Payments is defined in Section 10.5 hereof.
Erroneous Payments means medicaid reimbursement made for an individual who was ineligible at the time services were received. An erroneous payment may occur as a result of fraud or non-fraud.

LC Provider and each other party hereto waives the discharge for value defense in respect of any such payment.
