New Provider means any replacement service provider or providers engaged to provide the Services (or part thereof) or substantially similar services or the Authority itself where the Services or substantially similar services or part thereof continue to be provided by the Authority after partial termination, termination or expiry of this Contract;
Hub Provider means an entity that (i) provides Common Channel Signaling (SS7) connectivity between the networks of service providers that are not directly connected to each other; or (ii) provides third party database services such as LIDB. The SS7 messages received by Hub Providers are accepted or rejected by the Hub Provider depending on whether a contractual arrangement exists between the Hub Provider and the message originator (sender) and whether the message originator has contracted for the type of SS7 messages being submitted for transmission to the Hub Provider.
Replacement Provider has the meaning set forth in Section II.D.1.
Content Provider means any video programming provider of copyrighted works for transmission to Licensed Products and the copyright owners of such work.
Participating provider means an Administrator Hospital or Professional Provider which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to participants in the Participating Provider Option program or an Administrator facility which has been designated by the Claim Administrator as a Participating Provider.
Cap Provider means the third-party financial institution approved by Lender that is the counterparty under any Cap Agreement or Replacement Cap Agreement.
Enhancement Provider means, with respect to any Series, the Person, if any, designated as such in the related Supplement.
Independent provider means a self-employed person who provides services for which he or she must be certified in accordance with rule 5123:2-2-01 of the Administrative Code and does not employ, either directly or through contract, anyone else to provide the services.

Data Provider means a Participant that is registered to provide information to GS1 South Africa for use through the Verified by GS1 Services.
Credit Enhancement Provider means, with respect to any Securities, any person issuing, funding or otherwise making available, for the benefit of Securityholders or any party to a Serviced Corporate Trust Contract, an asset as an enhancement of the credit quality or liquidity of any Securities or the mortgage assets or other assets pledged for or underlying such Securities, such as a letter of credit, surety bond, insurance policy, guaranty, reserve fund pledge or collateral undertaking.
financial service provider means a person engaged in the business of providing financial services in terms of authorisation issued or registration granted by a financial sector regulator;
Swap Provider The swap provider under the Swap Agreement either (a) entitled to receive payments from the Supplemental Interest Trust or (b) required to make payments to the Supplemental Interest Trust, in either case pursuant to the terms of the Swap Agreement, and any successor in interest or assign. Initially, the Swap Provider shall be Deutsche Bank AG New York Branch.
Nonparticipating provider means a person, health care provider, practitioner, facility, or entity, acting within their scope of practice, that does not have a written contract to participate in a managed health care system's provider network, but provides health care services to enrollees of programs authorized under this chapter or other applicable law whose health care services are provided by the managed health care system.
Contract Provider means any Person or any employee, agent or subcontractor of such Person who provides professional health care services under or pursuant to any contract with any Consolidated Party.
Network Provider means a provider of health care, or a group of providers of health care, which has entered into a written agreement with the issuer to provide benefits insured under a Medicare Select policy.
Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;
Provider is any individual or company that provides professional or technical services.
Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;
Non-Participating Provider means an Administrator Hospital or Professional Provider which does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to participants in the Participating Provider Option program or a facility which has not been designated by the Claim Administrator as a Participating Provider.
Index Provider means, in respect of a Sub-Fund, the person responsible for compiling the Index against which the relevant Sub-Fund benchmarks its investments and who holds the right to licence the use of such Index to the relevant Sub-Fund as set out in the relevant Appendix.
Non-Administrator Provider means a Provider that does not meet the definition of Administrator Provider unless otherwise specified in the definition of a particular Provider.

Hedging Agreement Provider means any Person that enters into a Secured Hedging Agreement with a Credit Party or any of its Subsidiaries that is permitted by Section 6.1 to the extent such Person is a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or any other Person that was a Lender (or an Affiliate of a Lender) at the time it entered into the Secured Hedging Agreement but has ceased to be a Lender (or whose Affiliate has ceased to be a Lender) under the Credit Agreement.
Continuing education provider or “CE provider” means an individual or entity that is approved to offer continuing education courses pursuant to [insert reference in State law or regulations governing producer continuing education course approval].
