An employer who has submitted a signed application and agreement (the “ERP Agreement”) to participate in the Committed to Crane Safety Employer Recognition Program (“ERP”), and agreeing to be bound by this Policy, may use the ERP Logo subject to the terms of program participation and this Policy, for a term of one (1) year beginning with the date of approval of the ERP Agreement.
