Equity Grant Agreement definition

Equity Grant Agreement means any grant agreement into which the Partnership enters with any director, officer, employee, independent contractor, or other service provider of the Partnership or any Subsidiary of the Partnership with respect to the issuance of Class A Common Interests pursuant to the Incentive Equity Plan on or after the date hereof, as may be amended and/or restated from time to time.

Equity Grant Agreement means any grant agreement (including the restricted unit agreements) that the Company or any of its subsidiaries has entered into with respect to the original issuance of Units (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any such agreement entered into prior to the Reorganization, Flip Merger and other reorganization transactions in respect of limited liability company interests in respect of which the Units were issued).

Equity Grant Agreement means any grant agreement, as amended, that the Partnership has entered into on or after September 22, 2008, with any officer, director or employee of the Partnership or any Series or any of their respective Subsidiaries under the 2008 Incentive Equity Plan.
