Environmental Regulation definition

Environmental Regulation means any federal, state or local law, statute, code, ordinance, regulation, requirement or rule relating to dangerous, toxic or hazardous pollutants, contaminants, chemical waste, materials or substances.
Environmental Regulation means any and all present and future laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations and orders of any Government Authority having jurisdiction over the parties hereto or any portion of the Project Site and pertaining to the protection of human health, Hazardous Substances, pollution, or the environment, including, without limitation, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980, as amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986, and as the same may be further amended from time to time (collectively, "CERCLA").
Environmental Regulation means any and all present and future laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations and orders of any governmental authority having jurisdiction over the parties hereto or any portion of the Grocery Store Site or the Project Site and pertaining to the protection of human health, hazardous substances, pollution, or the environment, including, without limitation, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980, as amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986, and as the same may be further amended from time to time (hereinafter collectively called "CERCLA").
