Environmental impairment liability insurance means liability insurance against liability for bodily injury, as defined in Section 25299.12, and for property damage, as defined in Section 25299.23, arising from an occurrence, as defined in Section 25299.19.
Environmental impairment liability insurance at the City's option if required". The insurance policy or policies referenced in this article shall contain an undertaking by the Developer’s insurers to notify the City in writing at the address set out in this Agreement not less than thirty (30) days prior to any material change, cancellation or termination of the policy or policies.
