Enrolled Nurse with Notation means an Enrolled Nurse registered with the Board who has a notation on their registration stating that they do not hold Board-approved qualifications in administration of medications. "Experience" in relation to an Enrolled Nurse, or assistant in nursing means experience before and/or after the commencement of this Agreement whether within New South Wales or elsewhere and in the case of an Enrolled Nurse or assistant in nursing who was formerly a student nurse includes experience as such student nurse. For the purpose of determining the year of experience for part-time or casual employment, a year of experience shall be 1976 hours of employment.

  • Participating Certified Nurse-Midwife means a Certified Nurse-Midwife who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Established geographic service area means a geographic area, as approved by the Commissioner and based on the carrier's certificate of authority to transact insurance in this state, within which the carrier is authorized to provide coverage;

  • Registered Plans means, collectively, trusts governed by registered retirement savings plans, registered retirement income funds, registered disability savings plans, deferred profit sharing plans, tax-free savings accounts and registered education savings plans.

  • Solicitation of a romantic relationship means deliberate or repeated acts that can be reasonably interpreted as the solicitation by an educator of a relationship with a student that is romantic in nature. A romantic relationship is often characterized by a strong emotional or sexual attachment and/or patterns of exclusivity, but does not include appropriate educator-student relationships that arise out of legitimate contexts such as familial connections or longtime acquaintance. The following acts, considered in context, may constitute prima facie evidence of the solicitation by an educator of a romantic relationship with a student:

  • Non-Participating Certified Nurse Practitioner means a Certified Nurse Practitioner who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Non-Participating Registered Surgical Assistant means a Registered Surgical Assistant who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
