Engineer-in-charge representative definition

Engineer-in-charge representative means any officer of the Authority nominated by the Engineer-in-charge for day to day supervision, checking, taking measurement, checking bills, ensuring quality control, inspecting works and other related works for completion of the project.
Engineer-in-charge representative means any officer / Engineer authorized by Dy.Conservator for purpose of this contract.
Engineer-in-charge representative means any officer/ Engineer authorized by Chief Mechanical Engineer for purpose of this contract.

  • Engineer-in-charge means the officer nominated by the company in the Civil Engineering cadreI discipline who is competent to direct supervisors and authorised to be in charge of the works for the purpose of this contract. The Engineer in Charge IDesignated Officer in Charge who is of an appropriate seniority, will be responsible for supervising and administering the contract, certifying payments due to the contractor, valuing variations to the contract, awarding extension of time and valuing compensation events.
