Employee Leasing Agreement definition

Employee Leasing Agreement means a written contract between an employee leasing company and a client under which the employee leasing company provides all or part of the nontem- porary, ongoing employee workforce of the client.

Employee Leasing Agreement means the Amendment and Supplementary Agreement to the Fleet Management Master Agreement dated as of November 29, 2006 between Master Lease Germany GmbH and Xxxx Opel GmbH, as such agreement may be amended or amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
