Employee Bonuses definition

Employee Bonuses means those certain bonuses to be paid to employees by the Buyer as Company Transaction Expenses in the amounts set forth in Section 1.3(d)(iv) of the Company Disclosure Schedule, subject to adjustment prior to Closing to reflect any such employees who are no longer employed by the Company.
Employee Bonuses has the meaning set forth in Section 3.26(b).
Employee Bonuses means the payment of up to $10,000,000 in bonus payments to employees of the Company.

Employee Bonuses means the bonuses to be paid to employees of the Company in an aggregate amount of approximately $3.0 million at the Closing, the actual amount of which shall be set forth in a written notice provided to the Buyer by the Company at least 3 days prior to the Closing Date; provided, that no individual employee of the Company shall receive or be entitled to receive a bonus in an amount greater than $50,000; provided, further, that the Employee Bonuses shall not include the bonuses payable to management under the 1998 Management Bonus Plan.
