However, if a Participant returns to the Service of a Participating Employer on or before the end of an Approved Absence, that Participant may become an active Participant again as of the date he or she returns to Eligible Employment.
An Employee who has met the requirements described above but who is not in Eligible Employment on the applicable Entry Date shall become eligible for participation on the date the Employee enters Eligible Employment.
