Eligible Device definition

Eligible Device means a Device supplied to you:
Eligible Device means a device with a camera or other functionality or feature capable of capturing and transmitting images, approved by us for the Remote Deposit Capture Services.
Eligible Device means any device, including a Required Device, that is associated with your Apple ID, has internet access and has a version of iOS that supports the use of Apple Card in your Apple Wallet, or has a version of iPadOS, watchOS, or macOS that supports the use of Apple Card.

Examples of Eligible Device in a sentence

  • The Replacement Equipment immediately becomes the Protected Device, provided that Your Protected Device may be changed to another Eligible Device at any time as long as it conforms to the definition of “Protected Device” in Section 2 (Definitions) of this Contract.

  • If the Protected Device is changed to another Eligible Device at any time while protected by this Contract, the Processing Fees and other additional fees noted in this Contract will automatically apply to the Eligible Device being used on Your Freedom Mobile account.

  • You will be charged the applicable Enrolment Fee for each enrolled Eligible Device and each Subscription will have separate Swap and/or Mobile Refresh entitlements.

  • If We replace Your Eligible Device, the Protected Device becomes Our property upon delivery of the Replacement Equipment.


More Definitions of Eligible Device

Eligible Device means any device or equipment that can be used to access your Linked Account using a Digital Wallet, and is not provided by us e.g., mobile phone, smart watch, tablet.
Eligible Device means any mobile device with a camera acceptable to Credit Union, which provides for the capture of images from original items and for transmission through a clearing process.
Eligible Device means a Device either being supplied to you: (a) as new by us and registered at the time of purchase or recontract under your Enterprise Mobile Plan; or (b) by the OEM under warranty to replace a defective Device and the related IMEI details have been recorded by you us StarHub to the satisfaction of us or any of our approved Service Providers, agents or subcontractors in accordance with paragraph 8.13.12.
Eligible Device means a mobile communications device, such as a cell phone, that is capable of becoming an Enabled Device by means of an application software available by download from a third party, such as Apple, Inc.
Eligible Device means a Samsung Galaxy S6 (SM-G920I), S6 Edge (SM-G925I), S6 Edge+ (SM-G928I), Note 5 (SM-N920I), S7 (SM-930F), S7 Edge (SM-G935F), A5 (SM- A520F), A7 (SM-A720F), S8 (SM-G950) and S8+ (SM-G955F).
Eligible Device means a Samsung smartphone or wearable device listed on www.samsung.com/au/apps/samsungpay/use-on-galaxy and compatible with Samsung Pay in Australia.
Eligible Device means the wireless device that We have designated as eligible for service under the Device Protection Plan Contract as set forth in the list of Eligible Devices and their device tier available from Us, which can be found at xxx.Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxx or by calling 0-000-000-0000. (3) “Enrollment Date” means the date Your request for enrollment is received by Us or our authorized representative. (4) “Failure” means (i) if You are enrolled in Québec, in the usual and customary usage of the Protected Device, that Protected Device malfunctions or fails to operate due to a defect in parts or workmanship after the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty period; or accidental or liquid damage; or (ii) if You are enrolled in any other eligible province, in the usual and customary usage of the Protected Device, that Protected Device malfunctions or fails to operate due to a defect in parts or workmanship after the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty period; accidental or liquid damage; loss; or theft. (5) “Protected Accessory(-ies)” means the following Accessories used with the Eligible Device: one standard battery (attached to Eligible Device at time of loss if lost or stolen) and one standard charger. One SD memory card and one SIM card, each as standard for the Eligible Device, are also protected. If the Eligible Device is an iPhone, the following iPhone accessories shall be deemed Protected Accessory(-ies) as part of an iPhone loss: one standard wall/USB charger, one standard ear bud, and one standard sync cable. (6) “Protected Device” means the Eligible Device owned or leased by You and actively registered on the ROGERS network and for which airtime has been logged after enrollment into the Device Protection Plan. Protected Device is limited to one Eligible Device and applicable Protected Accessory per replacement or repair. The International Manufacturer’s Equipment Identification (IMEI), Electronic Serial Number (ESN) or Mobile Equipment ID (MEID) of the Eligible Device associated with Your account in the record of ROGERS at the time Your protection initially becomes effective and for which airtime has been logged determine the Eligible Device that is considered a Protected Device unless You have used a different Eligible Device on Your mobile number immediately prior to the time of Failure, in which case the Protected Device is the Eligible Device (i) for which You have used on Your mobile number immediately prior to the time of Failure; and (...
