Electronic Instructions definition

Electronic Instructions means any communication, instruction, order, message, data, or information received by us via the EB Services or pursuant to the EB Services, or otherwise referable to your Security Codes or those of your Users (including information delivered to us offline);
Electronic Instructions means, in relation to the provision and use of the Electronic Service, an electronic communication which CFI believes in good faith to have been given by the Customer or any Authorized Person via the System;
Electronic Instructions means any communication, instruction, order, message, data, information or other materials received by us via the Steinweg Digital Services and referable to your Security Codes or those of your Authorised Users (including use of your Security Codes or those of your Authorised Users by any person, whether authorised or unauthorised by you or your Authorised Users), from you or purporting to come from you or from your Authorised Users or purporting to come from your Authorised Users;

Examples of Electronic Instructions in a sentence

  • Either party shall be entitled to rely upon facsimile or email instructions (“Electronic Instructions”) received from the other party or reasonably believed to be received from the other party or such persons as each party may from time to time nominate to send Electronic Instructions.

  • The Bank will not be responsible for any costs, damages, demands or expenses that we may incur due to The Bank’s acting or failing to act upon our Electronic Instructions, except for The Bank’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct where The Bank’s liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction.

  • We authorize The Bank to act upon any Electronic Instructions from us to conduct any banking transactions in the said account.

  • We understand that Electronic Instructions are not secure means of communication and we assume full responsibility for the risks of doing so.

  • The Bank reserves the right to refuse to act upon such Electronic Instructions at its sole discretion and demand written instructions in lieu thereof.


More Definitions of Electronic Instructions

Electronic Instructions means instructions issued from a terminal or computer on Your Premises to a bank or financial institution at which You hold an account directing them to make a payment for a fixed amount from Your account to the account of a third party.
