Electronic Communications definition

Electronic Communications means any transfer of signs, signals, text, images, sounds, data or intelligence of any nature transmitted in whole or part electronically received and/or transmitted through the Service.
Electronic Communications means the transfer of information using electronic or similar media and the recording of information using electronic media.
Electronic Communications means any emission, transmission or reception of sound, pictures, text or any other information by wire, radio waves, optical media, electromagnetic systems or any other means of a like nature;

Electronic Communications means any type of electronic communication such as video conferencing, email, SMS, business to business devices, chat, instant messaging and mobile device applications (list is not exhaustive).
