Each Prime definition

Each Prime. Loan shall bear interest at an annual rate equal to the sum of 0.000% plus the Bank's Prime Rate. "Prime Rate" shall mean the rate of interest publicly announced by Bank from time to time in Inglewood, California, as its prime rate for lending. The Prime Rate is not intended to be the lowest rate of interest charged by Bank in connection with extensions of credit to borrowers.

  • Except as otherwise provided in Section 2.9(b), prior to the Maturity Date, the Loans shall bear interest on the outstanding principal balance thereof at the applicable interest rate or rates per annum set forth below: ADVANCES RATE Each Prime Rate Loan Prime Rate plus the Applicable Margin.

  • Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice means the current standards of the appraisal profession, developed for appraisers and users of appraisal services by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.

  • Evidence-based practice means programs or practices that are supported by research methodology and have produced consistently positive patterns of results when replicated within the intent of the published guidance.
