Dual Currency Note definition

Dual Currency Note means a Dual Currency Interest Note and/or a Dual Currency Redemption Note, as applicable;
Dual Currency Note means any Note designated as such on the face of this Note.
Dual Currency Note means a Note denominated in one currency with a coupon and/or repayment of principal in, or calculated by reference to, another currency and specified as such in the Issue Memorandum.
