Examples of DPS Agreement in a sentence

  • The Administering Authority shall determine whether any of the content of this DPS Agreement is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions of the FOIA.

  • A failure or delay by a Party in ascertaining or exercising a right or remedy provided under this DPS Agreement or by Law shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy, nor shall it prevent or restrict the further exercise thereof.
