DOT Regulations definition

DOT Regulations means the Alcohol and Controlled Substances Testing Regulations published by the Office of the Secretary of Transportation.
DOT Regulations means the rules and regulations promulgated by the U.S. Department of Transportation for alcohol and controlled substance testing requirements for employees subject to the Commercial Driver's License requirements pursuant to the Omnibus Transportation Act of 1991, including, but not limited to §§ 49 C.F.R. 40 and 49
