One or more Project Inspectors employed by the District and approved by the Division of the State Architect will be assigned to the work in accordance with the requirements of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations.

District, District’s Representatives, and the Division of the State Architect shall at all times have access to the work whether it is in preparation or progress, and Contractor shall provide proper facilities for such access and for inspection.
It is understood and agreed that the Work shall be performed and completed as required in the Contract Documents (as defined herein) including, without limitation, the Drawings and Specifications and submission of all documents required to secure funding or by the Division of the State Architect (“DSA”) for close-out of the Project, under the direction and supervision of, and subject to the approval of, the District or its authorized representative.
The Contractor shall secure and pay for all permits and governmental fees, licenses, and inspections necessary for proper execution and completion of the Work which are necessary after execution of the Contract and are legally required by any authority having jurisdiction over the Project, except those required by the Division of the State Architect (DSA).
