Dividend Note definition

Dividend Note means that certain Dividend Note, dated November 20, 1996, in the original principal amount of $1,600,000,000, issued by MidCon to the Seller.
Dividend Note shall have the meaning set forth in paragraph B of the Recitals.
Dividend Note shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the first recital hereto.
