Distribution Charges definition

Distribution Charges means charges levied by the licensee in respect of the provision of distribution services.
Distribution Charges means all charges of any kind imposed by a Utility on account of transmission, distribution, Transition Charges, facilities or equipment rental and other similar charges which such Utility is authorized to charge on account of the provision of transmission and distribution services.
