Discounted Rate definition

Discounted Rate means the Discounted Offset Rates as published on the Rural Bank rate card which is available by contacting us or online www.ruralbank.com.au. Refer to clause

More Definitions of Discounted Rate

Discounted Rate means any of the rates of 20%, 50% or 100% as used in the calculation of the Earnout Adjustment Amount and the Residual Earnout Amount.
