If Buyer provides a Disapproval Notice to Seller pursuant to Section 3.5, this Agreement shall immediately terminate upon the giving of such notice.
Upon the giving of a Disapproval Notice or the deemed disapproval of the Property, this Agreement shall automatically terminate and the provisions of Section 3.6 shall apply.
