Direct Exchange definition

Direct Exchange has the meaning set forth in Section 11.03(a).
Direct Exchange is defined in the recitals to this Agreement.

Examples of Direct Exchange in a sentence

  • No Redemption or Direct Exchange shall relieve such Redeeming Member of any prior breach of this Agreement.
