  • For this purpose, you (i) confirm that you have authority to provide this Authority or (ii) where the Merchant Account is a two-to-sign account, agree that a paper Direct Debit Authority form will be required to be signed by you.

  • Cancellation of the Direct Debit Authority does not affect your liability to pay the fees in full under the contract and will require approval by authorised agents of the Supplier.

  • Upon receiving the Cancellation Form and medical certificate, we will cancel your Direct Debit Authority and refund any payments (if applicable) made in advance from the date we received the Cancellation Form on a pro-rata basis on any outstanding pre-paid period within 7 days after the day on which termination takes effect (noting that termination may occur at any time within 14 days of receipt of the Cancellation Form as determined by Revo Fitness at its complete discretion).

  • The ratepayer must notify the City in writing of any change to account details and execute a new Direct Debit Authority.


More Definitions of Direct Debit Authority

Direct Debit Authority means the authority granted by you to us in accordance with clause 3(a) and Schedule 3. Discrepancy has the meaning given in clause 8.1. in Schedule 1. Email has the meaning given in clause 20.1(c). Excluded Risks means war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation or nationalisation or requisition or destruction of or damage to property by or under the order of any government or public or local authority. Financial Institution means a bank, credit union or similar financial institution nominated by you.
Direct Debit Authority means your authorisation for us (or a third party nominated by us) to periodically draw funds from the account or credit card listed in your Membership Application Form to pay all your liabilities under this Agreement.
Direct Debit Authority means a written authority to debit your bank account or credit card.
Direct Debit Authority means the Direct Debit Authority attached to the Statement of Work. Documentation means documents or on-line help (provided in any media) relating to the Access Product which may be updated from time to time. This definition includes any documents within the Schedules to this Agreement.

Related to Direct Debit Authority

  • Direct Debit means a payment service for debiting a payer’s payment account, where a payment transaction is initiated by the payee on the basis of the payer’s consent given to the payee, to the payee’s payment service provider or to the payer’s own payment service provider;

  • Host Authority means the local authority appointed by the Parties under these arrangements to lead on a specified matter or function as set out in paragraphs 14 and 19.

  • Government Authority means any relevant administrative, judicial, executive, legislative or other governmental entity, department, agency, commission, board, bureau or court, and any other regulatory or self-regulatory organizations, in any country or jurisdiction.

  • Governmental Authority means the government of the United States or any other nation, or of any political subdivision thereof, whether state or local, and any agency, authority, instrumentality, regulatory body, court, central bank or other entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory or administrative powers or functions of or pertaining to government (including any supra-national bodies such as the European Union or the European Central Bank).

  • Applicable Governmental Authority means the FERC within the United States and the appropriate governmental authority with subject matter jurisdiction over reliability in Canada and Mexico.
