Dialing Parity definition

Dialing Parity means as defined in the Act. As used in this Agreement, Dialing Parity refers to both Local Dialing Parity and Toll Dialing Parity.

Dialing Parity means As Defined in the Act. As used in this Agreement, Dialing Parity refers to both Local Dialing Parity and Toll Dialing Parity.
Dialing Parity means that a person that is not an affiliate of a local exchange carrier is able to provide Telecommunications Services in such a manner that Customers have the ability to route automatically, without the use of any access code, their Telecommunications to the Telecommunications Services provider of the customer's designation from among two (2) or more Telecommunications Services providers (including such LEC).

"Local Dialing Parity" means the ability of Telephone Exchange Service Customers of one LEC to select a provider and make local calls without dialing extra digits. "Toll Dialing Parity" means the ability of Telephone Exchange Service Customers of a LEC to place toll calls (inter or IntraLATA) which are routed to a toll carrier (IntraLATA or InterLATA) of their selection without dialing access codes or additional digits and with no unreasonable dialing delay.
