Each of the Credit Agreements contains provisions for prepayment (i) from a ratable portion of the net proceeds received by the applicable subsidiary of Dex One from asset dispositions, subject to certain exceptions, after the first $7,500,000 of net proceeds received by Dex West in each fiscal year and after the first $5,000,000 of net proceeds received by RHDI or Dex East in each fiscal year, (ii) from certain issuances of equity or debt, and (iii) from a portion of excess cash flow.
