Development Unit definition

Development Unit means the maximum area of a pool which may be drained efficiently and economically by one well.
Development Unit means a structure or a portion of a structure or a particular use of property that is listed on Exhibit “A”.
Development Unit means the larger of a) the Drilling Unit or b) the unit voluntarily pooled, for the drilling of a single well.

More Definitions of Development Unit

Development Unit means a dwelling unit, for Residential Development, or square foot of building floor area, for Non-Residential Development.
Development Unit means (1) the Player having the following Serial Number and approved in advance by Roku as the unit on which Developer will develop and test the Channel Application and (2) such other Players identified by Developer and approved in advance by Roku, in its sole discretion, as additional Development Units.
Development Unit is defined on Exhibit B to this Agreement. Moreover, only the opening of a new Burger King restaurant in one of the forms set forth on Exhibit B hereto will be applied against the Developer's obligations under this Article III. No more than four (4) Burger King Kiosk Restaurants (as that term is defined in Exhibit B hereto) can be developed and opened for business during any single Development year of the Development Schedule for purposes of meeting Developers development obligations under this Article III.
Development Unit is defined on Exhibit "C" to this Agreement. Moreover, only the opening of a new Burger King Restaurant in one of the forms set forth on Exhibit "C" hereto will be applied against the Developer's obligations under this Article III. The purchase of existing Burger King Restaurants will not count against the Developer's development obligations under this Article III.
Development Unit means a residential dwelling unit or defined equivalent for nonresidential uses;

  • Project Management Unit or “PMU” means the Recipient’s management and Implementation unit referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Academic Unit means an Academic Department, research unit, School, non-departmentalized Faculty, Faculty of Medicine Division, the Fisheries and Marine Institute, the School of Arctic and Subarctic Studies, the Student Wellness and Counselling Centre, or the University Library, to which one (1) or more ASMs have their primary or sole appointment. For Counselling Faculty Members at Xxxxxxxx Campus who are not members of a School, the Academic Unit shall be Xxxxxxxx Campus. For Faculty Members in the Faculty of Medicine who are not members of a Division, the Academic Unit shall be the Faculty.

  • LLC Unit means a common limited liability interest in the Company.
