Development Strategy definition

Development Strategy has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 13.01 hereof. “Dissociating Events” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 14.02(a) hereof. “Dissociating Member” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 14.03(a) hereof.
