Development Documentation definition

Development Documentation. The term "Development Documentation" shall mean all documentation related to the development of the Licensed Software, including design and system documentation, but excluding General Documentation.
Development Documentation means all Development Information for the Product, including any documentation containing test data for the Product (including pharmacological, biological, chemical, biochemical, clinical study data and data resulting from Non-Clinical Studies), Regulatory Materials, CMC information, drug master files, stability data, and other manufacturing or study data for the Product.
Development Documentation means all documentation, including notes, summaries and analyses related thereto, developed in connection with all research, development, or clinical trials performed by or on behalf of TTY in the Territory under this Agreement (including but not limited to any research and development or Phase IV studies performed following Governmental Approval).

Development Documentation means all Documentation used in conjunction with Source Code in the development process.
Development Documentation means Documentation used in conjunction with Source Code in the development process. User Documentation means Documentation in the form of instructions and manuals provided to end-user customers.
