Designated Manufacturing Facility definition

Designated Manufacturing Facility means a manufacturing facility or facilities which is designated by SCEA in its sole discretion to manufacture Licensed PSP Products or their component parts, which may include manufacturing facilities owned and operated by affiliated companies of SCEA.
