Designated Delayed Funding Amount definition

Designated Delayed Funding Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(e).

Related to Designated Delayed Funding Amount

  • Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitment means the commitment of a Lender to make or otherwise fund a Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitment, and “Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitments” means such commitments of all Lenders in the aggregate. The amount of each Lender’s Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitment, if any, is set forth on Appendix A or in the applicable Assignment Agreement, subject to any adjustment or reduction pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. The aggregate amount of the Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitments as of the Closing Date is Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00).

  • Funding Amount has the meaning specified in Section 3.2(a).

  • Commitment Utilization Percentage means on any day the percentage equivalent to a fraction (a) the numerator of which is the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Revolving Credit Loans, including the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Letters of Credit, Swingline Loans and Competitive Loans, and (b) the denominator of which is the Total Commitment (or, on any day after termination of the Commitments, the Total Commitment in effect immediately preceding such termination).

  • Delayed Draw Term Loans has the meaning as set forth in Section 2.5(a).

  • Incremental Term Loan Facility has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).
