This certifies that a contract has been executed between the Department of Finance and Administration, Office of Purchasing and Travel for the State of Mississippi and the herein designated Contractor pursuant to Section 31-7-7, Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, for the items specified herein.
Unless exempted from disclosure due to a court-issued protective order, a copy of this executed contract is required to be posted to the Department of Finance and Administration’s independent agency contract website for public access at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Payment will not be made on any contract not on file in the Department of Finance.
The grantee agrees that CalRecycle, the Department of Finance, the Bureau of State Audits, or their designated representative(s) shall have the right to review and to copy any records and supporting documentation pertaining to the performance of this Agreement.
Prior to the first payment made under this Agreement, the Contractor shall designate one financial institution or other authorized payment agent and shall complete the “EFT Vendor Payment Enrollment Form” available from the Agency or at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/dof in order to provide the commissioner of the Department of Finance with information necessary for the Contractor to receive electronic funds transfer payments through the designated financial institution or authorized payment agent.
