Delivery Device definition

Delivery Device means an electroporation-based DNA delivery device developed using Inovio’s proprietary DNA delivery technology necessary or useful for the delivery of a Product. Delivery Device shall include all current and future versions and delivery devices developed by Inovio as of the Effective Date and during the Term, including all current and future versions of software and hardware necessary or useful for the delivery of a Product.
Delivery Device means any device for the delivery of a product in the Field (excluding syringes or other similar devices that are generally available for purchase).
