Delivery Commencement Date definition

Delivery Commencement Date means the date for the commencement of deliveries of SELLER’s Gas hereunder as set forth in Article 02.02 and Schedule A of this Agreement;

Delivery Commencement Date means the date for the commencement of deliveries of Seller’s Crude Oil hereunder as set forth in Article 3.;

Delivery Commencement Date means the date on which the Distributor has executed the System Acceptance Form.

Examples of Delivery Commencement Date in a sentence

• The purchase and sale of Carbon-Free Energy and associated Environmental Attributes hereunder will commence at HE 01:00 PPT on the Delivery Commencement Date, and, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, will end at HE 24:00 PPT on the last day of the Contract Term (the “Delivery Term”).

• The date on which Distributor accepts the Qualifying System by executing the Distributor’s Acceptance of Qualifying System Form (System Acceptance Form) shall be called the Delivery Commencement Date.

More Definitions of Delivery Commencement Date

Delivery Commencement Date means, for an Existing Facility, the date on which Delivery Commencement for such Facility occurs, as determined pursuant to Section 3.5.

Delivery Commencement Date shall be that date set forth in Section 1 hereof for commencement of deliveries. Such date may be changed only by supplement to this contract that expressly refers to the term "Delivery Commencement Date." The actual date of commencement of deliveries shall not affect the Delivery Commencement Date.

Green Infrastructure Delivery and Connection Arrangements means the arrangements for the Delivery and Connection of Green Infrastructure and Green Infrastructure Works contained in Annexure A to this Schedule, as amended from time to time in accordance with this Schedule. Green Infrastructure Works means the works to be undertaken by Council and Council’s contractors to construct the Green Infrastructure on the Site and Deliver and Connect the Green Infrastructure in accordance with this Schedule. Liability in relation to a person, means any liability or obligation however it arises and whether it is present or future, fixed or unascertained, actual or contingent. Loss includes any direct loss, damage, Liability, compensation, fine, penalty, charge, payment, cost or expense (including any legal cost and expense on a full indemnity basis) however it arises and whether it is present or future, fixed or unascertained, actual or contingent. Site means the area within the Land on which the Green Infrastructure is to be constructed, Delivered and Connected in accordance with this Schedule.

Delivery Commencement Date means the date being 7 days from the date BIL notifies the Customer that the Pipeline is ready and able to deliver water to the Customer’s Water Delivery Point under Clause 15;
