Delinquency Percentage definition

Delinquency Percentage means, for any Payment Date and the related Collection Period, an amount equal to the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of (i) the aggregate Principal Balance of all 60-Day Delinquent Receivables as of the last day of such Collection Period to (ii) the Pool Balance as of the last day of such Collection Period.
Delinquency Percentage. With respect to the last day of a Due Period, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all Mortgage Loans that, as of the last day of the previous calendar month, are 60 or more days Delinquent, are in foreclosure, have been converted to REO Properties or have been discharged by reason of bankruptcy, and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties as of the last day of the previous calendar month.
Delinquency Percentage. For any Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing (x) the aggregate Principal Balance of Mortgage Loans Delinquent 60 days or more by (y) the aggregate Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans, in each case, as of the last day of the previous calendar month.
