Deed Restrictions definition

Deed Restrictions means the deed restrictions to be recorded with respect to the Land, which deed restrictions shall be subject to the Director's approval and shall be commensurate with the nature and purpose of the Land as stated in the Recipient's application for grant funds under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27. The Deed Restrictions shall be perpetual and shall not be amended, released, extinguished or otherwise modified without the prior written approval of the Director, in the Director's sole discretion, who shall have full enforcement authority, as set forth more specifically in Section IX of this Agreement.

Deed Restrictions means those covenants, conditions, restrictions, compliance mechanisms and enforcement remedies contained inany applicable declarations of covenants and restrictions, including any amendments thereto, as recorded in the Public Records of Sumter County, Florida, that govern the use and operation of real property within the District and are subject to consideration per the Statute for adoption by this Rule that may be enforced by the District.

  • The Recipient agrees that the Deed Restrictions shall be perpetual and shall not be amended, released, extinguished or otherwise modified without the prior written approval of the Director, at the Director's sole and absolute discretion, who shall have full enforcement authority with respect to the Deed Restrictions.

  • Within sixty (60) days of Closing, the Recipient shall deliver to the OPWC, or shall cause the Title Agent to deliver to the OPWC, a copy of the recorded Deed Restrictions and deed, or other instrument appropriate for the interest in the Land, and the executed settlement statement.

Deed Restrictions means and refer to the restrictions, covenants and conditions contained herein.
