Debenture Stock means a debenture by which a company or a debenture holders' representative acknowledges that the holder of the stock is entitled to participate in the debt owing by the company under the agency deed; and includes loan stock;

More Definitions of Debenture Stock

Debenture Stock means the [ ] debenture stock to be issued by the Concessionaire pursuant to the subscription agreement made between the Concessionaire and the parties named therein as the subscribers and bearing even date herewith.
