Dealing Regulations definition

Dealing Regulations means any statute, regulation or code adopted by the Company (being or being based on the London Stock Exchange’s Model Code) for security transactions by directors of listed companies or the equivalent in other countries;
Dealing Regulations means any statute, regulation or code adopted by, or applicable to, the Company (including the Code of Market Conduct issued by the Financial Services Authority);
Dealing Regulations means any statute, regulation or code adopted by the Principal Company (being or being based on the UK Listing Authority Model Code) for transactions in securities by directors, certain employees and persons connected with them or the equivalent in other countries.

  • the 2012 Regulations means the Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Prescribed Requirements) (England) Regulations 2012;
