Date Principal Balance. As to any Mortgage Loan, the Stated Principal Balance thereof as of the close of business on the Cut-off Date.
Date Principal Balance. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the unpaid principal balance thereof at the Cut-off Date after giving effect to all installments of principal due on or prior thereto (or due in the month of the Cut-off Date), whether or not received.
Date Principal Balance means the principal amount stated on such Contract.
