Date of Discharge definition

Date of Discharge in relation to a Delivery Lot means the date on which unloading of the Delivery Lot onto the wharf at the Port of Discharge is completed;
Date of Discharge means the month, day, and year on which the patient whose hospitalization is being recorded was discharged from the hospital.
Date of Discharge means the date when someone terminated, freed, relinquished or extinguished their responsibility. A discharge date is established on the happening and/or event of one party removing its registered interest on an instrument as herein defined, and/or to remove its name from any security asset and/or loan as herein defined.

More Definitions of Date of Discharge

Date of Discharge means the earlier of the following dates: (i) the date on which the Covered Person voluntarily dismisses the Participating Provider as the provider of rehabilitation services; (ii) the date on which the Covered Individual has missed either two (2) consecutive weeks of treatment or thirty percent (30%) of treatments scheduled within one (1) month without written medical excuse; (iii) the date on which there is a Plateau documented by Participating Provider; or (iv) the date on which the Covered Individual achieves specific treatment goals as determined by Participating Provider or the treating physician.
Date of Discharge means the date on which the Mortgagee has exercised its option to require payment of the monies payable under this Mortgage or the date on which the Mortgagor has paid such amounts, whichever first occurs.

  • Daily discharge means the discharge of a pollutant measured during a calendar day or any 24-hour period that reasonably represents the calendar day for purposes of sampling. For pollutants with limitations expressed in units of mass, the "daily discharge" is calculated as the total mass of the pollutant discharged over the day. For pollutants with limitations expressed in other units of measurement, the "daily discharge" is calculated as the average measurement of the pollutant over the day.
