Data Subject Requests definition

Data Subject Requests means a request from a Data Subject to exercise their rights under Applicable Data Protection Laws.
Data Subject Requests means a request made by a Data Subject to exercise any rights of Data Subjects under Data Protection Laws relating to the Protected Data;
Data Subject Requests means request(s) of data subject(s) to access, rectify, change, delete or port personal data or to restrict or object to the processing of personal data, or any other rights granted to data subjects under the GDPR;

  • Data Controller will be solely responsible for responding to any Data Subject Requests, provided that Data Processor shall reasonably cooperate with the Data Controller to respond to Data Subject Requests to the extent Data Controller is unable to fulfill such Data Subject Requests using the functionality in the Subscription Service.

  • You will be solely responsible for responding substantively to any such Data Subject Requests or communications involving Personal Data.

  • The Subscription Service provides you with a number of controls that you can use to retrieve, correct, delete or restrict Personal Data, which you can use to assist it in connection with its obligations under Data Protection Laws, including your obligations relating to responding to requests from Data Subjects to exercise their rights under applicable Data Protection Laws ("Data Subject Requests").

  • Customer shall be solely responsible for responding substantively to any such Data Subject Requests or communications involving Personal Data.

  • Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that Data Subject Requests for erasure, restriction or cessation of processing, or withdrawal of consent to processing of any Personal Data are communicated to Company, and, if applicable, for ensuring that a record of consent to processing is maintained with respect to each Data Subject.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Customer is responsible for responding to Data Subject Requests.

  • With effect from 25 May 2018, the following wording will replace Section 3.1 (“Data Subject Request”) in its entirety: Data Subject Requests.

  • Processor may refer Data Subject Requests received, and the Data Subjects making them, directly to the Customer for its treatment of such requests.


More Definitions of Data Subject Requests

Data Subject Requests means a request by a Data Subject to exercise any of their rights set out in the Data Protection Legislation, including but not limited to, requests for access, rectification, erasure or blocking of their Personal Data;
Data Subject Requests means any requests from a Data Subject related to access, rectification, suppression, limitation, objection, portability and erasure of Personal Data or other requests authorized under Applicable Data Protection Law.
