Data Release Application means the written application and supporting documentation or other materials an Applicant submits to the Executive Director or the Data Release Committee in connection with a request to access Data.

  • If the Data Release Application is from a researcher or is otherwise for research purposes, determine whether the research methodology is consistent with established norms and the Data Release Application sets forth a sound research design.

  • The Executive Director reserves the right to cancel any scheduled meeting in the event no Data Release Application is available for review and consideration.
