Customer Device definition

Customer Device means an analogue telephone device installed by Customer on the FTTH Network at Customer’s own risk, expense and cost;
Customer Device means any Node, computer, tablet, mobile device, or other hardware possessed and controlled by Customer or any Users to access and Use the SaaS Services that meets the specifications specified by Grass Valley in the applicable Documentation. Use of the SaaS Services on a Customer Device requires a supported browser and may also require the installation of certain Grass Valley hardware (such as a video playback card).
Customer Device means a Set Top Box or Broadband Device for use by an end user to access subscription video or internet connectivity services from a Service Provider.

Examples of Customer Device in a sentence

  • Customer may not make any copies of the Microsoft Products; provided, however, that Customer may (a) make one copy of Client Software on Customer Device as expressly authorized by Google; and (b) Customer may make copies of certain Redistribution Software in accordance with Section e (Use of Redistribution Software).

  • Customer must erase or destroy all such Client Software and/or Redistribution Software upon termination or cancellation of the Agreement, upon notice from Google or upon transfer of Customer Device to another person or entity, whichever occurs first.

  • Program Benefits are valid only on eligible Customer Device purchases from Authorized Resellers and Staymobile.

  • The deactivation charge payable for each Customer Device deactivated before the end of the associated Device Term is equal to the sum of: (i) the outstanding Device Balance; (ii) the charge payable by the Customer for return of any Airtime Credit as described in Section D plus (iii) a charge of $100.

  • If the number of Customer Devices active on the TELUS networks is less than 80% of the Minimum Commitment on or any time after the Commitment Date, TELUS may apply an additional monthly charge of $2.00 to each Customer Device, on 30 days’ advance notice to the Customer.
