Currency of Account definition

Currency of Account means, in relation to any payment to be made to a Finance Party under a Finance Document, the currency in which that payment is required to be made by the terms of that Finance Document.
Currency of Account means the currency in which the relevant indebtedness is denominated or, if different, is payable.
Currency of Account means, in relation to any payment to be made to the Bank under or pursuant to any of the Security Documents, the currency in which that payment is required to be made by the terms of the relevant Security Documents.

Currency of Account means, in relation to any payment to be made to the Agent or a Bank under or pursuant to any of the Security Documents, the currency in which that payment is required to be made by the terms of the relevant Security Document.
