Credit Spread definition

Credit Spread means for any debt facility the rate of interest applicable to the amount of such debt facility as shown in the Financial Model minus the applicable Base Rate.
Credit Spread means for any Senior Credit Facility the rate of interest applicable to the amount of such Senior Credit Facility as shown in the Financial Model minus the applicable Base Rate.
Credit Spread means the credit spread(s) reflected in Table 6 on Form P, which must be pre-approved by IFA pursuant to Section 5.10.4 of the ITP.

  • Any formula that is accepted by the Sponsors may be used by the Proponent and the Proponent’s Lenders to explain (A) why the movement, if any, in the Indicative Credit Spread Benchmark(s) is or is not sufficient to require a change to the Credit Spread(s), and (B) how the change, or lack thereof, to the Credit Spread(s) is consistent with the movement, if any, of the Indicative Credit Spread Benchmark(s).

More Definitions of Credit Spread

Credit Spread means, subject at all times to Section 1(b), 2.65% per annum, as such percentage may be increased or reduced from time to time as agreed to in writing by the Purchaser and the Company.
